At USA Made Grills, we stand behind the quality of our American-made BBQ grills and accessories. Please review our return policy below.

Return Timeframe

All returns must be initiated within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original, unused condition
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Have no signs of wear, damage, or modification
  • Include original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at sales@usamadegrills.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
  2. Complete the RMA form below
  3. Wait for RMA approval before shipping
  4. Package items securely in original packaging
  5. Ship items back using a trackable shipping method

Shipping Costs

Important:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Original shipping charges will NOT be reimbursed
  • If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund at receipt value

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized grills
  • Items damaged by customer use or modification
  • Items returned after 60-day window
  • Items delivered damaged and P.O.D signed without noting damage
